The safety of this hotel is appalling. I felt completely unsafe with just a normal lock on the door and no safe for my belongings. To add insult to injury, the room was dirty on arrival, and I was constantly disturbed by loud noises from neighboring rooms throughout the night. I would never stay here again.

It was just a fine choice for a short visit in Miami Beach with very good value for money. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, but a towel easily fixed the issue. Just make sure to check everything in your room right away.

Couple getaway not to be missed

Had a great time overall, enjoyed the place, super clean and the staff helped immediately with beach chairs. And the location near some amazing breakfast spots like Buenos Aires, that really made our mornings great.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still worth it for what we got.

I stayed at Costa Norte Boutique and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Just two minutes away! The staff treated me like a friend, always ready to help. The common areas were surprisingly tidy and welcoming. My room, though clean and cozy, had some issues. The shower leaked a bit, which was annoying. Sometimes, the noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my peace. The pillows felt uncomfortable, like they were too firm for relaxing. The parking situation was pretty good, affordable compared to other places around. I wish there were dining facilities on-site because having a designated area to eat would have been nice. Overall, despite a few hiccups, I appreciated the overall vibe of the hotel.
